Rebecca started her career in TESOL in 2010 when she moved to China. She worked in franchise kids and teens schools as a teacher, Senior Teacher and A. DoS. She moved to Shanghai in 2016 to work with EFEC as an adult teacher and In-Center Trainer before moving to TRT in 2019.
She has a Trinity DipTESOL and is a certified Trinity CertTESOL tutor.
Her interests include pragmatics and student and teacher autonomy.
